By using the ReelJo website or creating an order through it, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
This website is operated by شركة ريل جو (registration no. 123654125789), الأردن-عمان. Contact: WhatsApp 0781181107 or [email@example.com].
We are an independent business. We are not Instagram or Meta, we do not represent them, and we have no official relationship with them.
Scope of the service
We provide a promotion service for public Instagram Reels. Current package: 100,000 views for 5 JOD. Any other packages are shown on the site when available.
"Views" means the view counter shown on the Reel inside Instagram, not the number of unique people. We do not guarantee unique reach, engagement (likes, comments, followers) or any business outcome.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your account password, login access or any credentials. The public Reel link is all we need. Anyone asking for your password in our name is not us.
Valid Reel links
To fulfil an order the link must be a public Instagram Reel, and the Reel must remain publicly available for the whole execution period.
- Reels from private accounts, deleted Reels or restricted content cannot be fulfilled.
- If the Reel is hidden, deleted or the account is switched to private after execution starts, execution may stop without refund.
- We may reject any order that breaches Instagram rules, applicable Jordanian law or contains inappropriate content.
Orders and payment
Creating an order generates a unique order code. Execution starts only after payment is confirmed via WhatsApp or another agreed method. The order status is updated on the tracking page.
We may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the order or request a valid link. Not responding within a reasonable time may lead to cancellation.
Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring the Reel you submit is yours or that you have the right to promote it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or laws. We accept no liability for the content of the Reel.
Instagram is a third party
Instagram is a service owned by Meta and subject to its terms and changes. We do not control the Instagram platform, and results or timing may be affected by platform changes.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time; the current version is published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
