What we collect

When you create an order we store the public Reel link, the order code, the package and price, and the order time and status.

• We do not ask for your name, email, password or account access.
• If you contact us on WhatsApp we may save your number with the order to follow it up.
• For abuse prevention we store a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

Why we use the data

To fulfil and track your order and communicate with you about it, to protect the service from abuse, and to improve the site through aggregated measurement tools where used.

Measurement tools

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel to understand overall site usage. Order codes are never sent to these tools. You can refuse them in your browser or via the consent prompt when shown.

Data retention

We keep order records for accounting and support purposes. Abuse-prevention hashes are cleared periodically. You can ask us on WhatsApp to remove your number from an order record.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. The service and its database run on our own servers with a hosting provider that protects data under its own terms. Instagram is an independent third party and we share no data about you with it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and database access is restricted. The public order page shows non-sensitive information only.
